Judo Club
Keisen Judo was founded in 2006 by head coach, Tim Draper. The club has been at the heart of East Grinstead and the surrounding areas for over 15 years providing recreational and performance judo training to the community. Bee Pilates
Pilates classes
Since becoming a Pilates instructor all I want to do is help people feel confident with their bodies. Focusing on balance, coordination, posture, strengthening muscles, joint alignment and relaxation for emotional well-being.
When I was 18 years old I was consuming too much processed foods and little to no exercise. That's when my mother encouraged me to go to the gym. After an hour in the gym and not having a clue what I was doing, I felt the rush of endorphins and knew that this was the lifestyle I now wanted. Believe it or not I actually signed up to the gym for a whole year that day!
East Grinstead Meads Football Club
Grassroots Football Club
East Grinstead Meads FC was formed in 1997 and has steadily grown so we now provide over 300 youngsters in the East Grinstead community football coaching and matches for age groups from 6 to 19 years. The club is organised and overseen by volunteers and is run on a non-profit making basis with all income being used for the benefit of the players. The club continues to grow, adding an Adult team for the first time in 2012 providing an on-going opportunity for the older age groups to continue the sport.
We are affiliated to The FA and Sussex County FA. The club prides itself on providing “Football for All” as we do not hold trials for any youth team and accept players regardless of ethnicity, gender and ability, only requiring their enthusiasm and commitment.

My Tribe Coaching UK
Tennis Coaching for Women and Girls
Nearly ⅔ of girls who play tennis are likely to give up by the end of puberty.
Between gender stereotypes setting in and adolescence
often leading to lower confidence levels, participation
tends to drop before adulthood.
Fewer opportunities to be physically active and learn
important life skills can have a dramatic effect on the
health and well-being of girls.
Actively Safe

Sweaty Mama
Mum & Baby Activies
What is Sweaty Mama?
Founded by women, for women, we get mums moving and active, helping them to feel like the very best version of themselves.
Finding time to move, stretch, and feel strong isn’t always easy when you’re a mum. But we’re here to help!
Your health and wellbeing is our number one priority. We believe every woman in pregnancy and early motherhood should be able to workout and break a sweat with instructors who understand their needs. So that means no corporate gyms, no scary trainers, and no slapdash workouts. Because physical activity can be a lifeline for mums. And at Sweaty Mama, we support mums in not only feeling strong, but becoming part of a valuable community.
The Therapy Shed
Therapist
It’s my deep and broad experience of life and self-management which I want to share with you. I recognise that not everyone will want to become a leader or a yoga teacher. I understand that some clients respond well to touch and find solace in therapeutic massage, while others prefer to be guided through dialogue, or stretch out their bodies, while clearing their minds of what’s around them.
