For me, running, or any sort of exercise with my daughter, Zara, promotes and models a healthy relationship with movement and self-care.

I joined my first netball team in Year 3, inspired by my older sister who played for our local club and loved it. At first, I played alongside many of my primary school friends in a local league.

At HerMove, we believe that movement and well-being are vital at every stage of life. We were delighted to feature Wendy Coombs from the Ageing Well Programme at Age UK East Grinstead & District on our recent radio segment.
