HerMove Live26

HerMove Live returns to East Grinstead Sports Club on Saturday 12 September 2026, following the fantastic success of last year's inaugural event.

HerMove Live26 is a free community day designed to inspire and empower women and girls of all ages. It is all about giving everyone the chance to try a wide range of sports and activities in a fun, friendly and welcoming environment. Last year hundreds of people discovered new activities, made connections with local clubs and took their first steps towards becoming more active. This year we are aiming to make it even bigger and better.

What's On

We are building this year's programme now, with local clubs, coaches and instructors signing up to run taster sessions, demonstrations and informal drop-in activities throughout the day. Expect a mix of racket sports, team sports, running, dance, fitness and health and wellbeing stands, plus plenty of chances to simply come…
