What an incredible night for girls' football! Following the powerful success of the very first HerMove Mayor’s Cup U15 Girls Football Match at EGTFC on Thursday, we are thrilled to celebrate the energy, talent, and sheer resilience displayed by every player from Imberhorne School and Sackville School.
The atmosphere was electric, and both teams embodied everything that HerMove stands for: confidence, teamwork, and the joy of movement.
Champions of the Night
A massive congratulations goes to Sackville School, who claimed the inaugural HerMove Mayor's Cup! Their hard work and team spirit were evident throughout the match.
While only one team could lift the cup, the biggest win of the night was the enthusiasm and commitment shown by every girl on the pitch. They stepped up, supported each other, and played with immense pride—proving that the future of girls' football in East Grinstead is bright.
